Is this a full-time position?+
No. STAQD consultants are independent contractors. Many do this alongside a full-time role, between jobs, or as part of building their own practice. You choose your capacity.
How does pay work?+
You earn a flat fee per successful placement. Specific compensation is shared during the application process. Payment is made within 14 days of client payment via direct deposit or PayPal.
Do I need to be in a specific location?+
No. The entire network is remote. Our clients are across the US and some are international.
How quickly will I get my first project?+
Most certified consultants receive their first project within 2-4 weeks. We match based on your specialties and client needs.
What types of roles will I recruit for?+
Primarily engineering, product, sales, and operations at Series A and B startups. Some leadership searches as well.
Can I work with my own clients too?+
Yes, as long as they are not current STAQD clients. Everything else is fair game.
